B&B consists of two large houses. There are 2 two-story fine houses surrounded by a beautiful, big garden located in the centre of Goris, in one of the quietest areas, near the Vararak River. Each of two houses has two double-bed rooms and one triple-bed room with cold and hot running water in common shower room. There are all the modern conveniences for families to relax.

Original architectural building has 70 rooms (6 floors), and the entire complex covers an area of 2.35 ra.
