B&B consists of two large houses.
There are 2 two-story fine houses surrounded by a beautiful, big garden located in the centre of Goris, in one of the quietest areas, near the Vararak River.
Each of two houses has two double-bed rooms and one triple-bed room with cold and hot running water in common shower room. There are all the modern conveniences for families to relax.
